About This Project
Created interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time program monitoring.
The Challenge
The client was collecting substantial monitoring data but struggling to transform it into actionable insights. Program managers were overwhelmed with data but lacked tools to visualize trends, identify issues, and make data-driven decisions in a timely manner.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a suite of interactive Power BI dashboards that integrated data from multiple sources. The dashboards provided real-time visualization of key performance indicators, geographic distribution of activities, beneficiary demographics, and progress against targets.
