Designed and delivered a year-long capacity building program for staff development.
The Challenge
The client had identified significant capacity gaps among technical staff that were hindering service delivery and program implementation. They needed a comprehensive capacity building program that would strengthen technical skills, management capabilities, and institutional systems.
Our Solution
We designed a year-long capacity building program that combined formal training, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and institutional strengthening. The program was modular, allowing customization for different staff levels and departments, and included both technical and soft skills development.
