Leadership Development Trainer
Deliver transformational leadership and management training programs to corporate and government clients across the Middle East. You'll design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that develop next-generation leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design customized leadership development curricula
- Facilitate interactive training workshops and seminars
- Conduct leadership assessments and 360-degree feedback sessions
- Provide executive coaching and mentoring services
- Develop training materials and digital learning resources
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Stay current with leadership development trends and methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field
- 4+ years of leadership training and development experience
- Professional training certification (e.g., ATD, ICF)
- Proven track record in adult learning and facilitation
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience with corporate and government clients
- Cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field
- Executive coaching certification
- Experience in Middle East business culture
- Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, English, French)
- Digital learning platform experience
